Booking and Payment
Booking Process
- Bookings can be made through our website or phone
- All bookings are subject to therapist availability
- Confirmation will be provided within 24 hours
- Service address must be within our coverage area
Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of service
- We accept cash and digital payments
- Prices are as listed on our website and may be subject to change
- Additional charges may apply for travel beyond standard coverage area
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Cancellations made less than 4 hours before may incur a cancellation fee
- No-shows will be charged the full service amount
- Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled without penalty
Rescheduling
- Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 4 hours notice
- Rescheduling is subject to therapist availability
- Multiple rescheduling requests may incur additional charges
Client Responsibilities
Health and Safety
- Disclose any health conditions, injuries, or allergies before service
- Provide a clean, safe environment for the therapist
- Ensure adequate space for the massage setup
- Inform us if you have any contagious conditions
Conduct
- Treat our therapists with respect and professionalism
- Be present and ready at the scheduled time
- Provide accurate address and contact information
- Follow therapist instructions during the session
